Finally Friday! Sake

This weekend we’re having some friends over for a Japanese themed dinner party.

We’re serving Sake.  Some people say it’s an acquired taste, but I’ve liked it since the first time I tried it!  ;)

1 year anniversary

One year ago today I stopped eating meat and dairy…and I feel great!
I wouldn’t call myself a ’strict’ vegan, simply because  from time to time I might eat fried pickles (eggs in the dredging…and I might dip it in Chipotle Ranch dressing).

Tortured Tuesday! Tacos

Vegan doesn’t have to be difficult.
We had tacos the other night…vegan style.
We used some vegan chorizo (Soyrizo), guacamole, vegan cheese, salsa, vegan sour cream, and some black beans…delicioso!

You can usually find the vegan products at Fiesta or Whole Foods.

Finally Friday! Mike’s Hard Margarita
