We all have dreams and goals…and every book you read says to put it on paper to make them a reality.
Here it goes…my Bucket List – things I want to do before I die. You’ll notice a lot of them involve traveling…which is somewhat dependent upon #2!

1. Start a blog (Fall 2009)
2. Win the lottery
3. Go to Paris
4. Take up golf
5. Fire walking
6. Fly a plane – it was only for about 4 seconds, but it was still pretty cool! (Summer 2008)

7. Go to Italy I want to go back! (Spring 2007)

8. See the Grand Canyon (Summer of 2009 - it was AMAZING!)

9. Learn how to take instructions – especially from my husband!
10. Ride a mechanical bull
11. Go to Spain
12. See Chichen Itza (Summer 2008)
It was before tour buses arrived - breathtaking!
13. See the Great Wall of China (my husband has done this, but I didn’t go on that trip)
14. Go on a cruise
15. Learn to play chess (my husband has tried to teach me, but see #9)
16. Enter World Series of Poker (and be good enough to be there!) We played in a tournament (about 32 people) and I came in 2nd place. Not the World Series, but good enough for me!
17. Write and publish a book
18. Go to Miami
19. Take my husband and son to the Smithsonian(s)/DC (I’ve been, but I want them to experience it too)
20. Be an extra in a movie
21. See the ball-drop in Times Square on New Year’s Eve
22. Ice skate in Rockefeller Center
23. See a football game at Notre Dame
24. See an Ohio St vs. Michigan game
25. Ride an elephant (I’ve ridden a camel too!)

29. Have friends over more often We are making great friends in our neighborhood…which makes this one easy to accomplish.

32. See a Yankees game in Yankee Stadium (I wanted to see it at “the” Yankee Stadium…)

34. Take a tour through Napa
35. Build a life size snowman

37. See Machu Picchu, Peru
38. Read a Dickens novel – I hated Dickens in college & would always get the Cliff Notes!
39. See Petra, Jordan
40. Go to Hawaii
41. Take a helicopter ride over a volcano
42. See the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular – 4th of July
43. See the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
44. Attend Oktoberfest in Germany

This is awesome…It’s making me think I need to get a bucket list together STAT!
@ Sarah – Writing them down made me realize that I’d better get busy!
