Bathroom remodel – DONE!

Our bathroom remodel is finished…and it’s such an improvement!
We had everything ripped out and replaced it all!
 We now have a fantastic door-less walk-in shower, which I love.  I HATE cleaning shower doors.

Tortured Tuesday! Campfire Pizza

Our little family went camping this past weekend with my husband’s Aunt, Uncle and cousins.
Had a great time, in spite of the rain!  As one of our friends says, “You can’t let the weather dictate your plans!”

Thankful Thursday! Camping trip

This Thursday, I’m thankful that I’m going to spend the weekend camping with my husband and son…as well as my husband’s Aunt, Uncle, cousins and some of our friends from the neighborhood.
Nothing better than being outside, cooking on a fire and spending time with people you love.

Tortured Tuesday! Super Oatmeal

Lately I’ve been on an oatmeal-for-breakfast-kick.  BUT, this isn’t your ordinary oatmeal…it’s SUPER OATMEAL. 

SUPER OATMEAL

1 cup of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats
1 TBSP ground Flax Seed

Yuck!

Okay, when I ate meat and dairy I LOVED McDonald’s.  I wouldn’t eat there very often (only when on road-trips), but I savored every bite.
I came across this post, of a Happy Meal – 1 year old!!  It has sat on a shelf for 1 year…and remained relatively unchanged.  GROSS!
