We go to New Orleans a few times a year…and we love NOLA’s Restaurant.
The last few times that we’ve been, I’ve let them know ahead of time that I’m vegan…and they have created an entire vegan meal for me. It was spectacular!!
It’s so nice to get a gourmet meal, prepared by a chef…versus a salad…hold the chicken, hold the cheese, etc. 
I never expect restaurants to go out of their way to serve me, but it is SO nice when they do!!!
We’ve always loved NOLA, but their ‘above and beyond’ attitude keeps us going back!
